Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Deetya Learning Essentials LLP (operating as Apni Stationery), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note that we only offer refunds under specific conditions as outlined below:
- Cancellation: We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed and processed for shipping.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided in cases where the product has been received in a damaged condition. In such instances, you must submit valid proof, including clear photos or videos of the damaged product. Refunds will be processed only if we are satisfied with the provided evidence.
- Reporting Damage: Any claims for damaged products must be reported to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the order. Failure to report within this period will render you ineligible for a refund.
- Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- We Only Accept Returns if request is submitted within 2 days after delivery and product received is in damaged condition. (Photo and Video is must.)
